1. Agreement to these terms
AI Sponsor is operated by Conscious LLC, incorporated in Wyoming, United States, at 1309 Coffeen Ave, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801.
By messaging AI Sponsor on WhatsApp or using getaisponsor.com, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. What AI Sponsor is
An AI-powered support companion delivered over WhatsApp, offering check-ins, encouragement, reflection and conversation for people in recovery.
3. What AI Sponsor is not, and please read this section
AI Sponsor is:
- Not medical care. It does not diagnose, treat, or give medical advice.
- Not therapy or counselling. It is not delivered by licensed professionals.
- Not a crisis or emergency service. It cannot detect an emergency, cannot summon help, and may not respond immediately.
- Not a sponsor in the twelve-step sense. It is not a person, and it does not replace a human sponsor, a meeting, or a recovery community.
- Not affiliated with Alcoholics Anonymous, Narcotics Anonymous, or any twelve-step programme. We are not endorsed by or connected to any such organisation.
AI Sponsor is powered by artificial intelligence. Its responses are generated automatically and can be inaccurate, incomplete, or wrong for your situation. Do not rely on it for decisions about your health, safety, treatment or wellbeing.

4. Who can use AI Sponsor
You must be 18 or older. By using the service you confirm that you are.
You also need a WhatsApp account, which is subject to WhatsApp's own terms. We are not responsible for WhatsApp's availability or behaviour.
5. Sensitive information you share with us
Conversations with AI Sponsor will often include information about substance use, mental health and recovery. In many places this counts as sensitive or special category personal data, and receives extra legal protection.
By using AI Sponsor and choosing to share such information, you consent to us collecting and processing it for the sole purpose of providing the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. That policy sets out exactly what is stored, who processes it, how long it is kept, and how to have it deleted.
You can withdraw this consent at any time by requesting deletion. We do not use this information for any other purpose, and we never use it for advertising.
6. How you may use the service
You agree not to:
- Use the service unlawfully
- Access, disrupt, reverse engineer, or interfere with our systems or another user's data
- Send unlawful, abusive or harassing content, or content that infringes others' rights
- Impersonate another person
- Use automated means to access the service, or resell, rebrand or redistribute it
- Attempt to manipulate the AI into producing harmful content or bypassing its safeguards
We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms.
7. Your messages and content
You keep ownership of what you write.
By sending messages you grant us a limited licence to process, store and transmit that content solely in order to operate the service, meaning generating replies, maintaining continuity, and supporting you, as described in the Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for what you choose to share. Please use your judgement about how much personal detail you disclose.
8. Subscriptions, trial and payment
Both plans begin with a 30-day free trial. At checkout you are charged $0.00. Your card is collected at signup, and your first payment is taken automatically on day 31 unless you cancel before then.
Some members joined through a beta access code, which gives free access with no card collected. If that applies to you, nothing is charged and no subscription starts unless you choose to begin one.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. You can cancel at any time to prevent further charges, and the 30-day trial means you are never charged before deciding.
9. Ending your use
You may stop using AI Sponsor at any time by ceasing to message the number, and may cancel your subscription whenever you like.
To have your data deleted, ask your sponsor for your settings link, or use the Delete my data form on our website. The Privacy Policy explains exactly what deletion covers.
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, if the law requires it, or if we discontinue the service.
10. Availability
We aim to keep AI Sponsor available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. It depends on third parties including WhatsApp, Meta and our AI providers, and may be interrupted by outages, maintenance or changes outside our control.
We may modify, suspend or discontinue the service. Where reasonably possible we will give notice before discontinuing it entirely.
11. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Sponsor is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that AI-generated responses will be accurate or suitable for your circumstances.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Conscious LLC and its officers, employees and contractors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of AI Sponsor.
Our total aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 100.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Because AI Sponsor is not a medical, therapeutic or crisis service, you accept that you use it at your own discretion, and that you remain responsible for seeking professional help when you need it.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Conscious LLC from claims, damages, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from your misuse of the service or breach of these terms.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes will be brought in the courts of the State of Wyoming, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
If you are a consumer with mandatory local protections, nothing here removes them.
15. General
- Severability. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
- No waiver. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
- Entire agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement regarding AI Sponsor.
- Assignment. You may not assign these terms. We may, in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the “Last updated” date, and for significant changes we will make a reasonable effort to tell you. Continuing to use AI Sponsor after changes take effect means you accept them.
